Delivery Notice

National delivery
Free delivery for purchases with an order value of R350 (Incl). For purchases less than R350 (incl). a flat rate of R75.00 including VAT per order and delivery address will be charged.

Delivery area, delivery conditions and reservation of self-delivery

  • The delivery takes place exclusively within South Africa.
  • The delivery time within South Africa is between 1 to 7 working days, depending on your area- unless otherwise stated in the offer.
  • In the event that some of the ordered products are out of stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.
  • Should the delivery of the goods fail despite three attempts to deliver, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be reimbursed to the customer without delay.
  • If the ordered product is not available because our supplier has not supplied us with this product through no fault of our own, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer will be informed by us immediately and, where appropriate, will be offered the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or the customer does not wish to receive a comparable product, we will ireimburse the customer any payments already made.
  • Deliveries of any Shipment into High-Risk areas specified by our couriers attract a surcharge which is available on request. Deliveries into rural areas require the confirmation from our Couriers before any shipment is dispatched out for delivery. You will be notified by orders@artemisbrands.co.za if a surcharge is applicable and the amount, or if we are unable to deliver to the addressed provided.

Retention of title:
The goods remain the property of Artemis Brands (PTY) Ltd until full payment has been received.
